The Repair Process

We’re here to get you back on the road as soon as possible. Here’s how we do it

STEP 1

Contact us

At the accident scene you need to see if the person that caused the damage is insured? If they are insured, ask them who with? Grab their licence and take a picture of it as well as pictures of the accident scene. Finally, the licence plate of the car. Try to remember as much as you can as it helps later when filling out the accident not your fault claim form.

STEP 2:

Drop off or pickup

They will ask the question as above and direct you to either drive out if the car is not too damaged or will organise a tow truck to come out and tow the car to the repairer.

STEP 3:

Repairs begin

Once your car is at the repair shop then the easy claim method will begin. We will ask you to fill in a form with all the details of yourself and the person that caused the damages. Then place you in a like for like hire car at no cost to you. All this is conducted with the same day. No wait on hold, no waiting for assessing booking time. No waiting for a uber we take care of all the car repair claim from start to finish.

STEP 4:

Pick up

Once the claim has been approved, We start the repair process. This is all going on in the background while you are driving in a hire car at no cost to you. Convenience is the key if the accident is not your fault. Once the repairs are completed it is as easy as swapping the car over. As easy as that. Call your panel repairer first.
